HELP Who made this large Globular Amber Glass vase?
« on: September 29, 2020, 10:03:41 PM »
I have been trying to identify this large amber glass  globular vase without any success. Its heavy, it measures  19.5cms in height. The fine trailed lines are a dark glass or they at least look darker. My first thoughts that it is Italian but it seemed heavier than the ones like it I have seen in the past.  I   ruled out the  Whitefriars Barnaby Powell trailed vases because of the fineness of the trail. The wear on the base suggests at least 50 years of use. Any ideas?
