Topic: Help with possible Norwegian ring holder please.

I can't find it on the Trinket Sets website and having started a thread on the Trinket Sets section of GTS it seems to be an unidentified example.  To me it looks to be from the inter-war period / possibly 1950s?

The resident expert on ring holders doesn't recognise it and I'm completely baffled.  It may not be Scandinavian at all, but I'm hoping someone might recognise it or know of manufacturers of dressing table sets similar to this in Scandinavia.  There seems little information on them if there are any (or quite likely I'm just looking in the wrong places!)

The reason I ask here is that the seller found it in an Oslo flea-market and mentioned that Norwegians often "bought local" because of high import tariffs.  Any information, particularly the manufacturer and age would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
