Uranium Glass toothpick/match? holder.
« on: October 10, 2020, 06:48:30 PM »
I've had a good look but can't find anything quite like this 3" tall toothpick/match holder. First thought was John Walsh Walsh but with the rigaree decoration I now think more likely to be Stevens & Williams or Webb or another Stourbridge maker. It has a rough snapped pontil.

These are posies. Toothpicks were not big in the UK. Maker unknown but I wondered if they were Richardson http://lustrousstone.co.uk/cpg/displayimage.php?pid=1804

Thanks Christine it's the same pattern as mine and having had a look online Richardson certainly looks the best bet.
