More Murano Identification
« on: November 07, 2020, 07:14:44 PM »
I’m hoping someone can tell me whether this is some cheap knock off or original Murano glass attributed to a designer. Difficult, as there is no signature or sticker. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you   :)

I strongly suspect contemporary Chinese glass. A very orange red, the black lines are wiggling all over the place, (Murano would be neat) and the base looks right for Chinese, although I cannot tell if the inside of the pontil scar is polished or just roughly ground; they have been polishing much more cleanly, recently.
