https://www.loetz.com/  Try this link for starters, I have a vase with a similar mark which started a debate as to whether it was Loetz or Riedel or another maker. It is almost certainly Bohemian, probably around 1900.

;) I suspect it might well glow in the dark.
Have you tested it with a UV torch yet?

That's interesting Sue - hadn't thought it might glow. Unfortunately I don't own a UV light  :-[ I should invest!

NevB thank you for this info and link! Will have a good look through :)

I'm about 100% sure it will glow.  :)
A UV torch is a really useful thing, and they can be found very cheaply on certain auction sites.

I meant to ask that Sue, as I've mentioned before Roobarb, it's often best to shine the torch inside the vase to get the best effect.

Can you provide a link to the debate?

And Roobarb, can you get a close up photo of the base markings?

Sorry KevinH the debate was on one of my postings on Collectors Weekly and it doesn't seem to have a URL. I have lots of posts under uranium glass on there so it should be possible to find it on my profile. You are welcome to link it if you are able to.
