Looking for ID on unknow ring stem vase

Hi, I'm looking for identification or any info on this teal glass vase. It was bought in Belgium but it could have been made in any European country. It has a pressed glass ring stem foot. Top rim is cut with bevelled edges. It's 33cm high.
