Topic: Swedish? Paperweight Help to Identify

Seasons greetings everyone.

Can anyone help to identify this paperweight please?

I have had it a few years and tried to identify it before without success, so thought maybe somebody out there may be able to help.

On the base is inscribed Aventyr - Stora Bla, which translated from Swedish is I believe Adventure - Big Blue.

This is a swedish based company that run team building and development adventure events, a lot of which involve sport and marine activities. My guess is that it is a commissioned piece, used for maybe marketing, presentation, souvenir or prize giving etc.
I did contact the company to see if they coud give me any information about it but never received a response.

There is what appears to be signature on the bottom that I have not been able to decipher or identify, if anyone can make any suggestions I would be very much obliged.

For information it is approx 9.5cm tall, maximum diameter 7.5cm and weighs 690g.

Sorry I can't figure out much.  It seems to start "Ce####" and that is not ringing bells.  I do not the company has 2 offices - one in Mallorca as well as Sweden.  Perhaps this comes from a french , Itallian, or Spanish maker.  I would recognise a Maltese one I think.
