I suspect the signature on p4 in mine is not original, but printed.
I've got some real ones on glass though.

Sad news indeed. Isle of Wight Studio Glass organised a talk by Sam late in 2015 using IOW Museum of Glass gallery space for the event. We weren't yet open as a museum, but the space had been prepared. The studio and/or Ron Wheeler may have pictures and notes from that talk. Ron interviewed Sam. I have some pictures of my own. I will see what I have.
