7 inches tall, moulded with black specks in the glass, fair amount of wear, the ribs stand out from the body, not lead crystal, it clunks instead of ringing

Keith, the lack of a "ping" doesn't necessarily mean it isn't lead glass, heavily moulded lead glass might not ping and finely moulded soda glass might ping. There is a post at the top of this section which discusses this.
