Another early morning find and surprisingly no damage at all !!?It’s looks very Webb Burmese although something is telling me Bohemia ??,any thoughts thanks .

agree, not Burmese or Peachblow  -  ruby satin finished body in a style that was common c 1885, though whether this one really is that old I haven't a clue, but the base wear looks noticeable.   Regret I know nothing about such things made in Bohemia, whether in the C19 or C20  -  it looks the part.          I've just had a look for what used to be a very good archive of related night/fairy lights by Jim Sapp, but can't now find it  -  perhaps not now available.

Have you tested it with UV light? The whole piece or just the clear rim could be uranium glass. It could be by one of the Stourbridge makers.

It screams Bohemian to me. White lined with pink with amber trim is a very common colour combination. The pontil mark would be typical too. The rim won't be uranium, the white just might be but probably isn't. Here is Jim's web page https://www.fairylampclub.com/

The bottom certainly glows, the frosted top and the bottom must be made of different glass. I assume the clear rim doesn't glow?
