Large Optic Dark Blue Mid Century Floor Vase Scandinavian??Italian??

This is a large floor vase in a bottle shape it stands around 17" in height the glass has vertical
slight optic ribbing and a deep blue color, The base has an unusual pattern like segmented limbs
and a fair amount of wear from movement. The rim has been cut on both sides. I would love to
know any folks views on the where about of this being made and when if possible any info welcome
