Decanter or Carafe?

Please can anyone identify this piece of crystal? Not sure if it is a decanter or a carafe, it has a pouring lip on two sides. There are no makers marks apart from the number 36 stamped on the base of the stopper. Height is 230mm and Widest point 100mm

I'd suggest it's neither  -  with the twin pouring lips and stopper it's more likely to be a cocktail shaker   -  but let's see what others think. :)
