Paperweight Identification - purchased in Budapest

Can anyone help identify the maker of this weight.  I bought it a few years ago in Budapest, I was fascinated by the wire work above the flower. 

I have shown it on a FB forum where it was suggested it might by by Zimmerman, I have however contacted Kerry Zimmerman who doesn't think it came from them.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated :D
