I still keep getting excited thinking I have found the maker as in my search I keep bouncing back to Zemek of the Mstisov Glassworks but their work looks far better quality than my piece.
Your piece looks perfectly well made to me so I don't understand this comment

I would have first thought Czech glass to be honest,probably Chribska because of the shape however the fact yours isn't cased would cause a pause for thought admittedly. That said, I can't see any reason why Chribska wouldn't have made a single colour vase over the vast number of years they were making these kind of shapes.
I also have a tall vase it reminds me of and I think that was Skrdlovice. My vase is two colour admittedly, brown with green casing, but the pulls and the base finish are no different to yours iirc. Certainly nothing about quality of yours stands out as it looks no different to my vase.
