Scottish millefiori Paperweight ID help required - ID = Vasart

Hi,

Any thoughts on this Scottish millefiori glass paperweight would be much appreciated. The canes are set above a purple/pastel coloured ground.

Measures approx 7cm in diameter and 6cm tall. The weight has been repolished.
