Royal Brierley, I presume !

8 inches tall, the usual polished rim for Brierley art glass, the label looks like it's been there for a while and the bar code says "PR Production Sample! does that mean pre-production. not done any research yet just wanted a few opinions  ;D ;D

Is a production sample not the standard against which the subsequent run will be compared and expected to live up to?
And did they do a rainbow one to go with it?  8)  ;)  ;D

Just had confirmation that this is one of theirs, a sample piece that commercially 'never saw the light of day' probably mid 1980s, from a most reliable source !  ;D ;D
