Looks supercool and easy enough to make but I dont understand the 3D geometry at all. I'm reaching out if someone can make the just by looking at this thing or guide me to the right place/forum? I can cut glass and make the frames but how to find out the dimensions of the glass pieces I need to assemble?

Try making the shapes with cardboard cut outs first?
They will have to fit the frame you make, and I assume you will be making that first. It would be easier to cut each bit of glass to the correct size than change the entire frame around each bit.
Perhaps it is makers of stained glass panels you need to be asking.  :)
