I say a lot of things, these days most of which I seem to forget. Sounds like it was a good idea, though not sure we'd be able to persuade the Mods., and my collecting of cut stuff now has lessened considerably - I have too many hobbies.
I do occasionally frequent that road in Dorking - often I'm the oldest thing in the shop - real antiques are getting less frequent, unfortunately. These look good - give you a fiver, or six quid tops ....................... for the pair, of course.

P.S. how comes you recall things from seven years back - am sure I couldn't. but, your comment - "in perfect condition" - worries me - something from 1825 - 1840 must surely have the tinnciest - tinciest - tinsiest ... small, bit of damage. What do you call something from William IV reign - unlikely?
