Topic: Glass bowl with a 'W' makers mark, signed ID - William Walker

I picked up a glass bowl,  roughly 12 inches in diameter from the charity shop.  It is signed but I cannot find any information on it Anywhere.  Does anyone know who this is made by.

I believe the signature is by William Walker.
