Heavy glass perfume bottle, date and signature ID wanted please

Hi, I picked up this stoppered bottle, I'm presuming it's a perfume bottle ? It has a signature on the bottom which I'm really struggling to make out. Could be an M or an N at the beginning. Also what looks like an 07 beneath, presumably for the year it was made (2007). If anyone could help, I'd love to know who made it, or any information about maker or country.
