Murano Glass Fish Vase
« on: May 29, 2022, 05:27:19 PM »
Bought because I thought it looked an interesting piece of Murano. More in the style of a vase than fish , but it does have a fish head with eyes , mouth and teeth.

Made in green ,blue and clear glass with purple trim.
Height 12.5"
Weight 1887gm

No Signature.

I can find similar shape vases but not one quite like this with fishes head.

Thanks Roy

Looks like recent Chinese production.

It really does. I've not seen the fishy "features" before though they work rather well.
Recent Chinese production has been of seriously increasing quality. :)

Thank you both for your replies. I would never have thought Chinese , I agree the quality seems very good.

Thanks again Roy
