Victorian Spiralled Enamelled Glass Vases

These are the vases which took me to Arundel and so responsible for me buying the Loetz Octopus bowl.
Help to ID please.
Could they be French , Bohemian possibly Harrach.

Spiralled top to bottom , green in colour with a fleur-de-lis looking enamel. Raspberry prunt on each side.

Height 5.25"
Weight 400gm the pair.
