Nazeing Lattice Ware type?? Perfume Atomiser!!

This is a little bit interesting for me to have found it isn't
a usual type of thing i will buy but i thought it might be a
piece of Nazeing Lattice ware glass but have not found any
Atomisers in my searches so maybe it is not. The base is
slightly inverted with a circle of glass placed onto where it
left the Rod. The metal top looks a bit like Silver to me but
have no way of telling.
