I'm sure I posted this on the board some years ago, I found it in a box today and can't work out what it says on the base, I seem to remember being told it a company that did reproduction medieval glass, I did search and have looked on line but al I get is 'Bong glass' !

It does look like modern bit of Forest Glass. Is that a date of 95 at the end?

John

Keith I'm still trying to find the info I found before on BON glass but in the meantime there is this:

https://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,35714.msg194025.html#msg194025

I don't think it will help but there are links on there and maybe with a bit of searching it might surface

UHUU here you go - Dirk mentions 'BON in Murano' in this thread here:
https://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,55419.msg314175.html#msg314175

Ivo mentions BON in Murano on this thread as well:
http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,56835.msg322080.html#msg322080

This listing is a little odd - says signed by Maestro Aldo Bon but they're just signed Bon and I've no idea whether it's an Aldo Bon or not but anyway:

https://artorigo.com/decorative-objects/murano-glass-pair-of-vintage-italian-cocktail-glasses-signed-maestro-bon-aldo/id-42071

This seems to repeat that info saying they were made in the 50s??? they look as though they were dated 2004 to me i.e. 04 but what do I know?
