Part iridescent glass vase
« on: October 14, 2022, 01:57:58 PM »
Found this unusual vase. Good quality glass, similar to Stevens and Williams or Webb around 1900, but with a coating or iridescence applied to the inside rim only. I've not seen anything like it before and was wondering whether anyone else had. Whether Steuben in America did this sort of thing with Frederick Carder arriving from Stevens and Williams, or is it Austrian or English? Any ideas would be appreciated

English I believe. Both Webb and Stevens & Williams used a marigold iridescence I think
