Topic: Unusual Teal Blue Wine Glasses Strange Knopped Stem ????

Wondering what other folks might have thought of these glasses the color is kind of teal
or Scandinavian Blue bit sort of steel  The unusual stem knop is a bit like some very old
glasses i have seen. These are more likely mid century in my opinion but maybe wrong. They
have a copious cup bowl fairly thinly made i would love to know any thoughts on them thanks

I'd call the colour petrol green. It's the true Irish green.
Very hard to distinguish from petrol blue, but I would not call it teal. They look a good quality, but I haven't seen anything like them before - I'm not sure I have seen this colour in glass before either. It is a very favourite colour of mine, and hard to find in anything.

The trumpet shaped foot made me think German/Czech, I found these online.

They are the same exactly the same made at That long German company
called Theresienthal apparently they were then retailed at Pieroth-Romer Exclusiv.
Rare to find such conclusive a result all credit goes to NevB Thank you ..

Well Nev B beat me to it as I have just now look up the GMB.  My set is a little fancier than yours but the same maker.  Pieroth-Romer.
