I don't think that are Jaffe Rose: the blue core is swirled and too translucent. It's been created using coloured frit over clear rather than molten blue glass. Apart from that I don't have any more insights

See what you mean about the bowls - very similar.
Thank you for pointing out the lilac tint, I did notice a slight pink tinge when handling p'weight, but thought no more of it - I didn't know about neodymium, and will check it out some more - many, many thanks for bringing to my attention.

I see what you mean about 'swirled' - hadn't noticed it and will look out for it when checking out other paperweights.

The name Erickson came to mind for controlled bubble paperweight but I don't actually know anything about the products.
