I'm not very good at this "spot the difference" game, and the photos are from different angles. But the serration on the wings of yours to show the feathers is rather a major difference.
The number of colours used is different, and I think yours are rather better executed, with fades.
These are differences of design, rather than a bit of variation on how something worked out.
Both are rather wonderful ducks. Quite high end, in my opinion.  :)

Out of interest, this pair of ducks also have a Formia Label and look to me more like Lambden’s example than the op’s or the Formia labeled example in glassobsessed’s link. They have crimped feathers: https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/48019817_pair-formia-vetri-di-murano-art-glass-ducks
