I've got the same one, which came from a seller in south Manchester. This is a common pattern and any significant pressed glass business active in the third quarter of the 19th century would have made this. It's one of the earlier designs and I suspect was first in production by 1855. Impossible to pick a maker, I've seen the pattern used by the Derbyshires, Percival Vickers, and Robinsons as Nev has just posted. Some variation in the stems though.
