Hi, can anyone help ID this vase please?

I have been searching without success, so if anyone can help it will save me a lot of time.

For information it is 15.5cm tall, 19cm square at the rim and 11cm square at the base.

It's a Rosice 2556, one was posted recently in blue, see Czech section. It is in the pre 1958 catalogue on the CD which accompanies Marcus Newhall's book.
