Rosice Vase
« on: January 01, 2024, 06:22:14 PM »
I can't find a vase in this shape but the pre-1958 catalogue has a different one with the same leaf design, No.2791 P24. This one is 5" tall and 6" diameter. Oddly the three projections on the inside are right near the top so I'm not sure if they are for supporting a flower block or something else.

They probably are the flower block supports, the turned out vase like this one would be made from the same mould as the straight version and then opened out whilst the glass is still hot and workable.

I've just got this one, a flared version of the one in the catalogue, height 20cm.
