Brandt glass decanter ??

Picked up today, marked Svinedrengen ( H.C. Anderson fairy story ) with the name ????..Brandt, looks like Wilis ? 9 inches tall including the stopper, small snapped pontil to the base,with applied neck, been googling for the last hour, getting fed up with seeing Willy Brandt ! ;D

Engraved half-post bottles were made in Denmark (Holemaard) and by Ekenäs in Sweden, Brand may be the designer/ engraver?
