Can anyone confirm Id on this piece please?

Blown glass with ground and polished out pontil mark on base.

22cm diameter, maximum height 5cm, 7cm diameter verically formed base, 6,5cm diameter central opening, weighs 590g. The rim is about 1cm above the base.

Has an iridescent coating.
