Possible 70’s vase ?

Hi , anyone recognise this type of decoration ?,it’s sort of art deco but on a 70’s type vase .There is a lot of wear and a very narrow base with a neatly done polished pontil , it’s fairly weighty without being too heavy .Thanks .
