Tall footed hobnail bowl. Any info please?

This bowl is pressed, rather than cut. Quite tall...8 inches. I particularly like the faceted part on the centre of the stem. Can any of our members give me some info on it please, ie, maker or country of origin. Quite heavy at just over 2 kilos. Thank you, as always, for any help.
