Possible uranium art deco vase

Hi , this vase is 10” high and looks like it could glow(lost torch !?),couldn’t see it under Brockwitz et al ?,anyone recognise it , thanks .

I'd lean towards it not glowing, but I will be happy to be proved wrong. See what it looks like outdoors when the sun is going down.
