Topic: Stourbridge? Art Nouveau rainbow stripe vase

I bought this vase in a recent auction. I thought it rather unusual. Looking online I found only one similar vase: different shape, but same stripes. The vase was described this way:

Art Nouveau Stourbridge streaky glass vase circa 1890. This piece was either made at the Webbs or Stuart factory.

I would welcome your comments on this attribution.

My vase stands 30 cm high. It's mouth blown. The pontil mark is ground out concave. There are no maker's marks.

I can't remember seeing anything like it attributed to Webb or Stuart and it doesn't appear to have 130 years of wear on the base. I would guess it's fairly modern.

Reminds me of this Thomas Webb Rainbow Filomentosa, although the pulled decoration looks slightly different.....

I'm not convinced by the Fieldings attribution. I've only ever seen Filamentosa in brown, green or reddish with white stripes, usually with a pale uranium base and opalescence at the top. It also seems too large. Fieldings is not always correct

True, auction houses are not always correct, but Fielding's are better than most, with many specialist glass sales.

We had a look through the Thomas Webb Museum, Dennis Hall catalogue (1982 or 1983) in the museum library without finding anything helpful.

We will check for any trace of uranium glass asap.

Fieldings are better than most but they are far from infallible, much like every other auction house they regularly have one or another bit of contemporary Chinese glass misidentified.

My thoughts are the same.  The colours on yours are strikingly different especially the yellow and green.  Two other things strike me:
1) The shape.  The Webb filamentosa items I've seen seem to be in quite old fashioned shapes to my eye (with the exception of one nice dimpled squat bottle shape being sold and listed as Filamentosa). 
The shape of yours is really nicely balanced and quite contemporary.  I'm not suggesting it is a contemporary piece (maybe Bohemian?) just suggesting the shape doesn't remind me of Webb.
2) The pulls - they are pulled at an angle.  Mostly the Filamentosa vases seem to have vertical pulls.
