Italian Empoli genie bottle

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to identify this frosted piece. The only things I could find out is it might be Italian empoli and it's a genie bottle or decanter.

Any thoughts on who made this?

It's 34cm tall (including stopper). The stopper has a spiral pattern on it and is about 14cm in length.
