What age, shape and colour description this would be,

That base finish does not say Vasart to me, maybe take a look at Nazeing as well.

It's not a Vasart base finish. I'm not too sure about the rather solid texture of the colour either.
I was a little taken aback with the applied foot, because that does look like an Ysart applied foot, but I don't know if any feet were applied during their Vasart period, which was rather a lean time.
