Carnivel Glass .. Is it LE Smith? Imperial?

Purchased at a garage sale.  Has "S" in bottom.  So far, research says "S" is LE Smith.  Nothing found for the basket.  Pattern research brings me to Diamond Lace? Tried Replacements with pic, and comes back to Imperial Diamond Lace.  Can't find the basket.  Also checked LE Smith..  Nothing..  Any help with pattern and manufacturer would be great.. Also tried Carnival Glass website...  It is 8.75 inches x 6.5 inches x 8.5 inches.
