 :)
The leafy design, size and general feel is very like Ramski Art.
Romanian.
The base of my piece has the name moulded into the polished pontil depression, but searching has shown me a piece fos sale in Poland which has a base that looks a bit more like yours. I can't get into the sale link, but can see the thumbnail under images.

Thanks Sue
I think the vase has a lot more age than Ramski. I was thinking about 1920's going on the wear on the base.
I was thinking French when I bought the vase.
My OH said it reminded her of Monart which I had not even occurred to me.
So it may be worth ruling out Salvador Ysart or Monart early experimental glass.
Maybe a longshot but worth a look.
Thanks

The shape of yours and the softness of the colours tends to make me agree with you Roy. :)

Ramski Art is little known which it does not deserve, and I feel it should be added to lists of cameo producers when searching for a maker. If I hadn't seen the base of the unmarked one  looking like the base of yours, I'd have stayed quiet.  ;D

There is very little Monart cameo. A lamp Ian Turner used to own is known.
