Victorian Celery Vase

A 9" tall celery vase, it's not marked and I can't find a maker. It's slightly crudely made with bubbles, stones and the mould lines are really prominent and rough. My guess is it's early, around 1850?, density is around 2.8-2.9gm/cm3. It glows brightly under 365nm. UV light.
