Topic: Horse ornament, signed - ID help needed

Can anyone identify this horse ornament? It's nice quality, quite heavy. It measures 7.5 cm (3 inches) nose to tail. The eyes are tiny blobs of blue glass. It's signed: perhaps gm or gmp or grp or gnp.
