Topic: Signature id needed on Enameled faux cameo?? Style vase possibly 1920's??

This is a small vase that has a sort of hand painted decoration? the base under the church or old building has
been signed not to sure whom by and possibly the remnants of a date. The piece seems to have a nice decorative
feel about it and a good balance thinking it might be continental? Only measuring 5"
