Possible Richardsons match holder ?

Just 2.5 inches tall, this has a broken pontil mark, lots of wear and an opalescent type white interior.
There is a description on the bottom of page 308 of British Glass 1800-1914 of what sounds like one of these, we have 10 now in various colours including pink, very common round here.
