Crystal (?) Glass Epergne with EPNS Marked Base - Maker???

Attached is a link showing a glass or crystal (has a nice ping) epergne which has a marked epns base.  I am trying to identify the manufacturer.  The makers mark is of a bee, fly or wasp with wings outstretched.  In each wing on either side there is what looks like a  "B".  Does anyone know who owns this mark and when the epergne is likely to have been manufactured????  I have also put a shot of the entire epergne on the site.
