I suppose it was inevitable that I'd come across one of these sooner or later  Presumably this is a more recent one - with a bar code on the box? 9¾" diam. The transfer print is actually gold not black. When I tried photographing it from an angle so that it would catch the light and show the gold, I thought I'd got double vision  but will see if I can do a better pic. if necessary when the light is good.

4½" square "Bullfinch" plate.
:P
David E:
The Cornish plate is certainly post-1981 as it's Fiesta Glass. Difficult to give an exact date when very little records exist, but there were hundreds of different customers all requiring their own customisation and relying on people's memories is extremely dubious!
I'd like to add the Bullfinch photo to 'the archives', if I may. With thanks :P
Anne E.B.:
No need to ask David. If you want the Bullfinch against a white background just let me know.
David E:
Thanks Anne. Only eight in this series: one down, seven to find
Anne:
