please can you help me identify this beauty...

Hi I have this glass bowl which is very heavy and have no idea as to its origins, I think it could be murano as it was with a load of other murano can anyone help me with this please. It stands 4" high and is about 9" long it looks like deep blue glass inside clear.

Hi Cazza, yes it dose have a pontil, the smooth indent underneath is called a polished pontil, it could be a Whitefriars tricorn dish, so you might try the WF site, but there are people here who know so much more than me.
