"Blooming" millefiori weight

I have recently acquired this "blooming" millefiori paperweight:

The base is flat and polished - no maker's marking. Maximum diameter 94 mm, height 53 mm, weight 660 g.

Any idea about the maker or the time period out there?

This one looks very like a Ferro & Lazzarini weight I have signed 'Gino S.'
