Thank you for the side view.  After comparing your side view to the pieces that I was thinking about - Tiffin Free Form bowls as shown in Tiffin Modern Mid-Century Art Glass by Hemminger, Goshe, and Pina - I do not think it is Tiffin.

The base is too small in proportion to the size of the bowl to fit with the Tiffin pieces.  :-\
